"At God's command amazing things happen, wonderful things that we can't understand." Job 37:5
I couldn't agree with that verse more. Honestly, I didn't want to come to training camp. I wanted to go straight to Africa. I didn't care about "passing go" or collecting $200. I just wanted to be in Africa.
God had also called me here to this place. I couldn't be more thankful for training camp or more thankful for the opportunity to bond and meet my team. To stand in the presence of God in worship and fellowship, surrounded by others whose hearts have the same callIng as mine… It has been indescribable to say the least.
This is where I'm supposed to be. God knew I needed this. He knew I would need this bonding, this love.
I know God is going to move radically through us. I have faith that He will use us for change. I am prepared to give up everything to follow Him with reckless abandon. Let the journey begin.
Your promise stands, Your love endures. Nothing can shake us when we're standing on Your word.
Ready or not, here we come Africa!
