He's roaring down the walls of fear in me. From deep inside this battle cry, He is roaring. And it's good.
I've been seeking God intensely during this time at training camp, and He has shown up.
I was studying in Romans 8 when I came across verse 21 which says,
"..the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God."
Woah! If creation can be set free from corruption, then I sure as heck can too! I am God's kid! His precious daughter. And He loves me. Regardless of the past. He makes beauty from our ashes.
I asked God to speak to me. I asked Him to be real with me. And this is what He told me,
"I am here.
I am your Daddy God.
Take My hand.
You have all the benefits of my Spirit. Use them for my purpose. Use them for my Kingdom.
I have great plans for you. Listen to My voice.
You are my precious daughter and I love you so much.
Take my hand. Here I am."
WOW! Ask and you shall receive, for real!
God wants to be so much more for us than we are willing to let Him sometimes. I'm laying down my life.
I surrender, God.
Here I am.
Send me, and use me to bring Your Kingdom to this earth.
